By participating in Data School's affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:

• If someone clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase from Data School within 30 days, you will receive a 40% commission.

• If a customer uses a coupon during checkout, your commission will be based on the discounted amount.

• If a customer receives a refund from Data School within 30 days of purchase, you will not receive a commission.

• You must have a PayPal account in order to receive commission payments.

• You will receive commission payments between 30 and 60 days after the referred purchase. There is no minimum commission balance required to receive payment.

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when sharing your affiliate link. For example, FTC guidelines require that you disclose your affiliate relationship with Data School and make clear that you may receive compensation for purchases made through your link.

• You must make clear that you, not Data School, are the sender and/or publisher of any communications related to your promotion of Data School's products.

• You are responsible for determining whether taxes are owed on commissions you receive from Data School, as well as paying those taxes (if applicable).

Here are some things you are NOT allowed to do:

• Refer yourself in order to get a commission on your own purchase.

• Offer to share your commission with the customer in order to persuade them to use your affiliate link.

• Buy ads (or use any other paid media) to promote your affiliate link.

• Share your affiliate link on coupon sites, deal sites, or other similar sites.

• Share your affiliate link on sites that may harm the reputation of Data School, including any sites that could be considered controversial or illegal.

• Send unsolicited "spam" email to promote your affiliate link.

• Use adware, malware, or spyware to promote your affiliate link.

• Use a domain, subdomain, or social media handle that includes the phrase "Data School".

• Imply that you work for Data School or are an official representative of Data School.

• Embed Data School's site within your own site (using an inline frame).

• Infringe on the intellectual property of Data School as part of your promotion.

Data School reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program if we have a good faith belief that you have violated the terms above. If that case, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
